A board accountable to OSCR and to our communities.
As a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation, Vibrant Health Advocates is governed by a board of charity trustees registered with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator. The board meets quarterly and is responsible for the charity's strategic direction, financial stewardship, and accountability to its members and to the wider public.

Trustee responsibilities
Under Scottish charity law, each of our trustees has a legal duty to act in the charity's best interests, to manage its affairs with reasonable care, and to ensure it operates within its constitution and within the law. The trustees of Vibrant Health Advocates take this responsibility seriously and review the charity's compliance and performance at every quarterly board meeting.
